i looked again, and most of the camera shake is apparent in the doorway, based on you saying you used flash lighting what this suggests is that your ambient light exposure is long enough to show camera shake in the areas where there is ambient light, and your flash is just freezing things where there isn't ambient light. you can still have camera shake when you shoot with strobes if your shutter stays open long enough to expose ambient light.
